AWS Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedBusiness Analyst to join our dynamic team driving requirements fordigital technologies with a strong focus on AWS and Agilemethodologies. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial rolein bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutionsensuring that our projects align with strategic objectives anddeliver maximum value.
Responsibilities

• Elicit and Analyze Requirements:

o Gather and document detailed business requirementsfrom stakeholders including users subject matter experts andmanagement.
o Analyze and prioritize requirements toensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
oCreate user stories use cases and other artifacts to definefunctional and nonfunctional requirements.

• Process Mapping:

o Develop andmaintain process diagrams and workflows to document current andfuture state processes.
o Identify opportunities forprocess improvement and optimization.

• Solution Design:

o Collaboratewith technical teams to design and develop solutions that meetbusiness requirements and align with AWS best practices.
o Ensure that solutions are scalable secure andcosteffective.

• AgileDelivery:

o Facilitate Agile ceremonies(e.g. sprint planning daily standups retrospectives).
oManage the product backlog and prioritize requirements.
o Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile deliverypractices.

• StakeholderManagement:

o Build and maintain strongrelationships with stakeholders at all levels.
oCommunicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders to manageexpectations and address concerns.

Qualifications
• Strong experience as aBusiness Analyst or Product Owner in the UK publicsector.
• Indepth knowledge of digitaltechnologies and their application in public sectorenvironments.
• Expertise in AWS cloud servicesand their use in delivering digital solutions.
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies (e.g. ScrumKanban).
• Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills.
• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
• Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Bonus Qualifications:
• Experiencewith data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) designprinciples.
• Experience with projectmanagement methodologies.
