You will join a global consulting, transformation and digital services business who are driving innovative solutions daily. They partner with clients to provide insight and to deliver cutting-edge technologies. This is an exciting time to join the organisation, as they have a number of large, exciting projects to get involved in to further develop your skills and experience. As a result of this growth, the team are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with Pensions industry knowledge to join their rapidly expanding team to play a pivotal role in shaping their projects. You will be responsible for leading the business analysis team resources, budgets and timelines to ensure that the team delivers on its commitments to a very high standard in order to support strategic objectives.


Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Performance management and leadership of 70 Business Analysis project teams with 8 Senior BA direct reports
  • Develop and implement best practices
  • Lead large/complex programmes to ensure deliverables are met
  • Provide leadership around business analysis best practice, ways of working and frameworks
  • Partner and build strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Pensions industry background as a Business Analyst
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing individuals and teams
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Creation/evaluation of solution options and supporting the options analysis and business case
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
