Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our remote team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients' needs and our software solutions, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new software features and enhancements.
Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents, process flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation to support project development and implementation.
Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
