Safeguarding is a fundamental part of the role and requires a sound knowledge base to safely manage the caseload.

The CH@H and CCN Teams work closely together and support each other as needed to deliver high quality care to patients. Both roles entail a high level of autonomy, independent caseload working and clinical decision making. You will be supported with regular supervisions, 1:1s and appraisals including access to the Duty Nurse via telephone whilst on visits to address any queries or concerns.
