About Our Hospital:

As one of the largest acute teaching Trusts in England, we offer learning and development opportunities to help you achieve your career goals. Our hospital is rated 'Good' by the CQC and we are in the top 10 acute trusts for staff engagement and recommending the hospital as a place to work or receive care.

All non-clinical roles may involve a mixture of on-site and remote working. We offer a range of NHS discounts, a minimum of 35 days paid holiday (pro rata), and a generous pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality patient care to children and their families in various clinical settings.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective care.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support excellent patient care.
  • To participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A registered nurse with current registration on the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) register.
  • Knowledge of current issues within acute health services.
  • An understanding of personal accountability and ability to use initiative.
  • Awareness of evidence-based practice and responsibilities for management of infection control.
  • Evidence of on-going personal development and recent study.
  • Previous experience/qualification in relevant specialty and teaching experience.
Salary and Benefits:

£28,407 to £34,581 per annum, pro rata. This includes a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including access to NHS discounts, 35 days paid holiday (pro rata), and a generous pension scheme.
