Developmental support is available from the established Pharmacy Clinical and Education Teams.This post attracts an additional Recruitment and Retention Premium of £5, payable over 2 years. All training, education and diploma fees are fully covered by the trust. University Hospital Dorset was created merging two hospitals; the Bournemouth site is developing into the major emergency care hospital and Poole site into the major planned care hospital.The patient is at the centre of all that we do and our strategy is to provide a pharmacy service that has medicines optimisation at its heart.
