Location – Glasgow, Edinburgh or Newcastle – Permanent
You should be able to travel to Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle for this position.
Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices 2 days per week for this position.

We’re looking for an Associate Supplier Manager to support the contractual management of services provided by assigned suppliers, engaging relevant internal stakeholders and supporting supplier managers to report on performance, service and risk exposures.

What you’ll be doing
Support Shared Services Supplier Management team with the end-to-end relationship for a range of suppliers, which have been categorised as critical, important and/or high risk in relation to the services they provide to Tesco Bank. Undertake and facilitate governance meetings, administration, risk management, reporting and analysis. Maintain contact with suppliers and respond to incidents with suppliers or supplies/services, analysing performance and risk. Supports ensuring contracts are managed effectively. Planning and organising workload ensuring activities are visible on the KanBan board so they can be adequately prioritised.We don’t expect you to tick every box, and if you feel you hit most of the brief, it’s worth exploring to further develop your career here with us at Tesco Bank.

Ability to communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders and on occasion where required external stakeholders. A natural curiosity to find out more about Tesco Bank’s purpose and business areas. Act as a team member to work with others to deliver improvements and support others. Knowledge of third party management frameworks or willingness to learn about this and associated compliance aspects.
