Are you confident, a bit of an extrovert, resilient and self-motivated to succeed? Can you read a script word for word and enthusiastically, sounding authentic time after time? These are just some of the skills required to succeed and earn yourself some uncapped commission

The role itself is relatively simple…  scripted, outbound B2B calls to book prospective customers in for a meeting with the Sales team . We provide all the tools and training you need to succeed; sounds easy, right??? Successful candidates will join our Client Acquisition Academy with comprehensive training to become fully-fledged Telesales Executives.

So, let’s cut to the chase What will you receive when you join the flock and show us you can be  ‘outstanding in your field’:

Competitive Basic salary, with an additional increase upon successful probation UNCAPPED commission We regularly have agents hit £1,200+ per month 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays – increasing to 25 days with length of service Five extra days of annual leave are up for grabs through our attendance reward scheme.
