Where does this role fit in?

As the Demand Generation manager at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), you will be responsible for driving and executing demand generation strategies to support our business growth objectives. This role will require a proactive approach to prospecting, qualifying, and generating pipeline opportunities for ITG. You will lead a team working closely with sales leads and other cross-functional teams to generate quality leads and nurture prospects throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement omni-channel demand generation strategies and campaigns. Pro-actively drive leads into the pipeline through daily activity. Manage and provide training/support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges. Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts. Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue. Identify and resolve challenges within the demand generation process to streamline and become more efficient. Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company Work closely with the marketing team to develop content

Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful demand generation campaigns across multiple channels. The ability to create rapport with prospects over the phone and other channels to generate qualified leads. Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Hubspot preferred), and lead management processes. Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Experience in the marketing agency and marketing technology industry is highly preferred.
