Complex Care Assistant

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our client in the Old Swan/Stanley area of Liverpool (L13).


You'll be providing care and support to a teenage boy with a tracheostomy and peg feed. Our client also requires chest physio (training provided by physio).

Shifts are midweek 8am - 4pm, currently part-time for 3 shifts a week. You will support our client to get ready before school, and provide support and care throughout the day at school. No weekend working is required.


Whilst it is essential you have some experience of providing care to those with complex needs, we do provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme for the specific skills required, which is overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the nurse-led team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
