Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our young service user, who requires support with complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to our service user, including assistance with daily living activities and medication administration.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.
  • Develop and maintain a warm and inclusive relationship with our service user, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in healthcare, preferably in a complex care setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
