Job Description

As a Receptionist, your main responsibilities are:

Greeting visitors: Welcoming customers and solving their problems Answering phones: Answering phone calls promptly and courteously, taking messages, and passing them on to the right staff Handling inquiries: Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence Scheduling appointments: Maintaining an appointment book and scheduling meeting rooms Providing information: Providing general assistance and information to callers5

Qualifications / Skills needed

Receptionists should have excellent verbal communication skills, be able to work well with others, and be patient and calm in stressful situations. They should also be organized, have social skills
