You'll monitor email inboxes for absent colleagues, forwarding urgent emails to the appropriate person, and assist with monitoring and communicating deadlines to the wider team. Providing ad hoc administrative support to the immediate and wider team as delegated by the supervisor is also expected.

Your capability to plan and organise work within the case management system framework, along with the willingness to assist others as needed, showing flexibility and dedication, is important.

Previous data entry experience and experience within a law firm are welcomed but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

If you consider yourself to be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail we encourage you to apply.

We work hard but we also love to have fun and we recognise that it's the social interaction between us that really embeds our culture. Whilst this unusual time has proved we can work effectively as a business from home, we're currently working to a hybrid model of office and home working. We have a "grown-up" working culture and try to be flexible and agile in the way we work.

We welcome applications for full time, part-time, job share, and other flexible working arrangements, including remote and hybrid working (subject to in-person training and meeting attendance as required).
