Your new role
We are recruiting a Database Administrator for an initial period of 3 months to help improve the quality and consistency of the contact information in the new Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:15. Pay for the role is dependent on experience, but paying up to £19 per hour. This is a hybrid/remote role with occasional travel to Bristol required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Internet searches to verify and enhance contact and company data
  • Data entry within Excel and our new CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Daily moderation of new contacts/companies
  • Ability to work with internal teams to collate and enhance data

    Experience
  • Experience of working with Excel (incl. using Pivot tables and vlookup formulae)
  • Working with marketing databases/CRM systems (ideally MS Dynamics)
  • Experience of data entry / management

    Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage my own workload and deadlines
  • Good communication skills
