Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who supports patients in the community with complex health needs? Are you fully experienced in providing tracheostomy care, ventilation and gastrostomy care?

The Role:

Working as a rapid response nurse within the complex care team at Superior Healthcare, you will clinically support our clients in their own homes when their regular team members are unable to provide support. You will work with clients with a wide variety of life-limiting conditions, including conditions from birth, degenerative conditions, spinal injuries and brain injuries, as well as those requiring interventions such as ventilations, gastrostomy and bowel management.

You will have a 2-week rota, with regular hours. As well as directly supporting the clients, you may find yourself assisting with the training and induction of Healthcare Assistants or Nurses to provide greater support and contingency for the clients we support.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of three years' post-registration
  • Experienced in providing support for client's with tracheostomy, ventilators and PEG.
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Clean UK driving license
