 Our team encompasses all that is important to KMPT through the provision of timely rapid response assessments and home treatment interventions to individuals requiring urgent mental health services. The Rapid Response Shift Co-ordinator is an exciting new role working 24/7 receiving calls from the Urgent Mental Health Helpline and coordinating Gate-keeping assessments

This is a permanent post which will have responsibility for county-wide referrals

We welcome applicants with experience working with people with a wide range of mental health conditions, who are competent and confident. 

Main duties of the job 

Co-ordination of referrals from Urgent Mental Health Helpline Co-ordination of Gatekeeping assessments Effectively communication with Rapid Response Clinicians Manage and co-ordinate lone working processes. Use of Electronic patient information systems.

You should be able to work shifts including nights, bank holidays, and weekends, and be able to undertake physical intervention training to support other teams with KMPT.
