We are currently recruiting for a Host/ Hostess to join our 5 Star hotel The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel and its iconic May Fair Bar.

Overview:

·       An amazing opportunity to join the team in the May Fair Bar as a Host/ess.

·       As a Host/Hostess you will be responsible for supporting the team and operation with  reservations and table allocations, ensuring the service and operation remains seamless.

.       You will ensure that a warm welcome is provided to all guests, that they are seated quickly and that there needs are identified and communicated to the bar operations team.

·       This role will also involve dealing with VIP bookings and special requests.

·       You will ensure that a high level of service and attention to detail is delivered at all times.

About You:

·       Previous experience of working in a high-end beverage led operation is essential as a Host/Hostess.

·       You will be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.

·       Be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

·       An Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.

·       A passion for food and beverage and a desire to provide impeccable service.
