About the role

:

Working in a fast-paced environment you will be responsible for driving performance improvements and efficiencies against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and in line with Company processes and procedures.

As the IT Service Desk Manager, you will be managing and developing the existing service desk and 2nd line support teams as they embark on their next phase of growth, therefore you will lead, inspire, motivate, and empower all team members to deliver best in class service, aligned to ITIL best practice and driving a professional and customer focused culture.

The ideal candidate will have:

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject and/or have hands-on equivalent experience Strong, demonstrable experience in managing a busy IT service desk operation with a legacy of hitting SLAs and managing successful teams Exceptional knowledge of IT service management principles and practices, such as ITIL The ability to develop and foster an inclusive and collaborative working environment at all levels High levels of organisation, structure, and problem-solving ability
