If so then my client, a leading technology company, has an exciting opportunity to join their team of 5 as a Service Quality Specialist.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Ensuring all service providers deliver consistently high-quality services across multiple sites
  • Conducting thorough audits at different locations to ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards
  • Traveling to five key UK sites to monitor and evaluate service quality and making occasional trips to European sites to ensure uniformity in service standards
What you’ll need:
  • Experience in hosting and performing audits
  • Ability to analyse data to identify quality trends
  • Demonstratable experience of managing supplier quality
