Job Summary

Company: Aviation and Aerospace Manufacturer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our quality team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining QA processes in line with EN 9120 and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Non-Conformity Management: Record and investigate all client and suppliers' non-conformities (NC's) to ensure prompt resolution.
  2. Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve complaints relating to non-conforming products and services to maintain customer satisfaction.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative duties in support of the Quality function, including scanning customer drawings, supplier certificates, and standards.
  4. Internal Audits: Conduct internal quality audits in line with the schedule plan to ensure compliance with QA processes.
  5. Technical Skills: Possess computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  6. Soft Skills: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational/planning skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  7. Quality Management Systems: Experience of working with Quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO9001/AS9102 to ensure compliance with industry standards.
