About the RoleThis 12-month contract position will be responsible for providing benefits-related support to employees, managers, and stakeholders within the HR function across Europe. As a key member of the HR Shared Services team, you will be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners, providing high-quality HR advice and guidance related to benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day benefit administration by informing providers of changes in employees' life cycles and maintaining online benefit platforms across multiple countries in Europe.
- Provide subject matter expertise in benefit-related processes, policies, and tools.
- Utilize HRSM technology to triage, track, and manage incoming enquiries and cases.
- Create and maintain high-quality SOPs.
- Identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommending solutions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the HR Shared Services FAQ library.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection legislation at all times.
- Liaise with internal departments and third-party service providers as necessary.
- Contribute to wider projects and initiatives within the HR Shared Services team.
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR Generalist role and experience with benefits support. Ideally, you will have experience using Workday or ServiceNow, although this is not essential.
What We OfferIn return, you will receive an hourly rate based on an annual salary of £44,000.
