We are looking for part time Support Workers in Nelson and Motueka.

You will support people in their home and community to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives to achieve their personal dreams and goals by doing the things they want to do such as going swimming, attending sporting events, arts and crafts, movies, or shopping - the list is endless

Earn competitive pay rates between $23.38 up to $29.10 per hour. Earn while you learn with free training towards NZQA Health & Wellbeing. People who are passionate about helping others, are kind and understanding. Applicant must be comfortable supporting Children under 18 years.  Full driver's license and owning your own vehicle is essential. A desire to support people to learn new skills and achieve outcomes. Somebody who has the initiative to push people for their goals, is energetic, outgoing, and can think outside the box. You need to be respectful of others thinking, and their way of living life that may be different to your own.

Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness is important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
