We are looking for a an experienced and passionate Service Manager

The Service Manager will lead the a small team of Lifestyle support workers and Peer lifestyle support workers. The role will be to provide guidance, supervision, direct line management and support the integration with our statutory partners.  

The team is dedicated to supporting clients with a long and enduring mental illness. The Rethink team sits within the CMHRT wider team which includes a range of roles including Nurses, a Physical Health Nurse, Occupational Therapists, Social Inclusion Workers, a Clinical Psychiatrist and Psychologist. Rethink will provide 2 x Lifestyle Support Workers and 2x Lifestyle Peer Support Workers and there will be one of each in the East and the West however there may be need for individuals to cover each others absence so will be a need to travel across the county at times.
 
*Appointments will be at the minimum of the band.
