Ecosystem Development Manager (m/w/d) Neurologie
im Gebiet Wiesbaden, Aschaffenburg, Heidelberg, Saarbrücken, Trier
(zunächst befristet auf zwei Jahre)
Ihre Aufgaben
Vor Zulassung:
Erhebung des Status quo in der Diagnostik und Therapie der Alzheimer-Krankheit in Deutschland Bildung und Pflege von Netzwerken zwischen Meinungsbildner:innen, Klinikärzt:innen, niedergelassenen Fachärzt:innen und Patientenorganisationen Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Vorgehensweisen sowie Informationsaustausch und -übermittlung / Know-how-Transfer und regelmäßige Abstimmung innerhalb des Neurologie-Teams sowie darüber hinaus cross-funktional mit den Teams des Health Affairs Managements sowie Medical AffairsNach Zulassung:
Erfolgreiche Besprechung (Verkauf) und konsequente Umsetzung von Marketingmaßahmen Weitere Optimierung von Netzwerken zugunsten der Patient:innen Betreuung von Radiolog:innen und Nuklear-Mediziner:innen im Rahmen der Diagnostik und Therapiebegleitung Planung und Durchführung kundenorientierter Serviceleistungen (Fortbildungsveranstaltungen etc. in Abstimmung mit der Führungskraft) sowie Betreuung von Kund:innen bei wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen Realisierung konkreter Zielsetzungen für einen definierten Zeitabschnitt (in Abstimmung mit der Führungskraft) und regelmäßige Soll-Ist-Vergleiche; kontinuierliche zielgerichtete Kundenselektion; ziel- und kundenorientierte sowie ökonomische Tourenplanung und -durchführung; eigene Erfolgskontrolle durch permanente Analyse der im Gebiet zu forcierenden Produkte Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung zur Förderung der Gesprächsqualität und Optimierung der Vorgehensweisen; Informationsaustausch und -übermittlung / Know-how-Transfer und regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Kolleg:innen und RSMs; konsequente Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen; ggf. kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit den Repräsentant:innen der Pharmaunternehmen, mit denen wir strategische Allianzen gebildet haben Dokumentation der Besuche sowie termingerechte, korrekte Erfüllung der administrativen Aufgaben; Aufnahme und Weiterleitung von unerwünschten Ereignissen in möglichem Zusammenhang mit unseren Produkten gemäß bestehender Vorgaben
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes fachrelevantes Studium im Bereich Naturwissenschaften und/oder eine nachweislich erfolgreiche Karriere im Pharma-Außendienst Teamfähigkeit mit Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams Erfahrung im Indikationsbereich Neurologie sowie im Klinik- und/oder Facharzt-Außendienst, ggf. bestehende Kundenkontakte im Neurologie-Umfeld Außerordentliches Engagement, Erfolgswille sowie hohe Kundenorientierung Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift Reise- sowie ÜbernachtungsbereitschaftSie sind ein Profi im Außendienst und auf der Suche nach einer Herausforderung?
