About this opportunity ( 12 Months Fixed Term Contract):
Ericsson offers an exciting opportunity for an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Expertise. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the EHS policies, programs, and requirements within our organization. Central to this role is driving a sustainable safety culture and advancing employee well-being.
What you will do:
- Contribute to internal and external reports, audits, assessments as well as EHS and well-being programs and campaigns.
- Provide vital support to Ericsson's EHS leadership by helping resolve complex issues and developing solutions.
- Aid in executing EHS strategy, governance, and processes, and push for continuous improvements.
- Monitor performance targets, identify deviations, and propose appropriate corrective actions.
- Assist in developing competencies within the organization.
- Monitor EHS legislative developments.
