Due to continued growth ourclient are seeking an experienced Commercial disputes solicitorwith at least 2 years PQE. The hiring firm welcomes both fulltimeand parttime candidates and allows upto 3 days remote working. Afull week can also be worked over 4 days. The successful candidatewill be expected to exhibit a high level of selfmanagement andinitiative to oversee a diverse caseload effectively.

KeyResponsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseloadencompassing commercial and private litigationmatters.
Ensure timely progressionof client work maintaining exceptional customer service standardsby keeping clients informed.
Provideregular updates on work nature and progress during departmentalmeetings and monthly 121sessions.
Adhere to file and casemanagement quality standards as outlined in the office manual andin accordance with Law Societyrequirements.
Collaborate with theHead of Department and team members to promote departmental growthand contribute to the firm s marketingefforts.
Engage in networking withprofessionals and contacts both independently and as part of ateam.
Demonstrate meticulous andaccurate use of the firm s case managementsystem.
Make files accessible on amonthly basis for review.
Undertakerelevant training as necessary and comply with Law Society CPDrequirements.

RequirementsAqualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with at least 2 yearsPQE.
Possess experience in handlingcommercial litigationmatters.
Display proficiency inmanaging a diverse caseload with minimalsupervision.
Embrace a targetdrivenapproach.
Exhibit exceptional clientcare skills.
Demonstrate highlyorganized tendencies and effective prioritisationskills.
Display a keen eye fordetail.
