Due to continued growth, our client are seeking an experienced Commercial disputes solicitor with at least 2 years PQE. The hiring firm welcomes both full-time and part-time candidates, and allows upto 3 days remote working. A full week can also be worked over 4 days. The successful candidate will be expected to exhibit a high level of self-management and initiative to oversee a diverse caseload effectively. 

Key Responsibilities:
 
Manage a diverse caseload encompassing commercial and private litigation matters.
Ensure timely progression of client work, maintaining exceptional customer service standards by keeping clients informed.
Provide regular updates on work nature and progress during departmental meetings and monthly 1-2-1 sessions.
Adhere to file and case management quality standards as outlined in the office manual and in accordance with Law Society requirements.
Collaborate with the Head of Department and team members to promote departmental growth and contribute to the firm’s marketing efforts.
Engage in networking with professionals and contacts, both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrate meticulous and accurate use of the firm’s case management system.
Make files accessible on a monthly basis for review.
Undertake relevant training as necessary and comply with Law Society CPD requirements.

RequirementsA qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with at least 2 years PQE.
Possess experience in handling commercial litigation matters.
Display proficiency in managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
Embrace a target-driven approach.
Exhibit exceptional client care skills.
Demonstrate highly organized tendencies and effective prioritisation skills.
Display a keen eye for detail.
Exemplify a proactive "can do" attitude.
Show ability to work harmoniously within a team and independently.
Possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
