You will have excellent IT and admin skills, experience of working in the NHS or an interest in working in healthcare and enjoy working as part of a team.
As a Patient Pathway Coordinator you will help ensure our patients receive the treatment they need by booking appointments, escalating referrals and monitoring their progress through the treatment pathway. You will provide admin support to our team of passionate and friendly Consultants and be part of a dynamic and transforming service.
We will protect time to talk to you about what we need you to do and show you the systems we use, not just at your induction but on a regular basis. We are caring and compassionate not only for our patients but for those who work here too
Main duties of the job
Proactively co-ordinate patients through their treatment pathway by providing comprehensive administrative, clerical and audio typing support to consultants and their teams.
Be able to organise your own work schedule, be flexible and work as part of a forward thinking, dynamic team.
