JobDescription:

We are seeking ahighly motivated and detailoriented Customer Service Administratorto join our clients team. As a Customer Service Administrator youwill be responsible for providing exceptional customer service toour clients and customers. You will be responsible for handlingcustomer inquiries resolving customer complaints and processingcustomer orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Processingof medical instructions. This will begin with GP and withexperience will progress to other specialties
  • Dataentry of new casesand issuance of instruction letters to medical experts.
  • Ensuring that all service levelsare achieved.
  • Liaising with insurerssolicitors and clients. Escalating any issues to their TeamLeader/Manager.
  • Processing of Formsof Authority and ordering medicalrecords.
  • Processing of medicalrecords as required.
  • Receiving andmaking telephone calls. Ensuring that each call is dealt withprofessionally.
  • Correspondence toinclude appointment letters requests for further particulars/amendments reminder letters and processing medical recordsetc...
  • Arranging additional medicaltests/investigations as required
  • Toparticipate in team meetings as appropriate and take instructionand guidance from Senior Case Administrators those responsible fortraining andManagers.


Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strongattention to detail and organizational skills
Ability tomultitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient inMicrosoft Office and other relevant software
Previousexperience in customer service or related field ispreferred
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam
