The Role:
- Dealing with correspondence, phone calls and queries, email and more
- Customer service to provide for customers and existing accounts and work with customer service team in China and in Europe.
- Responsible for handling all orders from customers
- Problem solving
- Working in a small team to ensure excellent customer experience (B2B)
- Close relationship with sales team and European General manager
- Managing offices space and facilities, dealing with contracts with suppliers and insurance companies, health and safety policies, ordering stationery and furniture
- Freight purchasing assistance
- Monitoring staff travels with travel agent.
