- **The role**:_

As a Customer Service Administrator, your role within True Potential is to provide a high quality, simple, effective, and unique service to our advisors/clients and customers within the True Potential group.

The role sits within the TPI department, the role is tasked at delivering the right outcomes to our clients/customers in accordance with service level agreements (SLA’s) and FCA regulations with investments/pensions and client services.

The role requires a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Working towards deadlines and proactively supporting the team and wider departments.

The role is fast paced and ever-changing to deliver and excel on the organisations standing in the wealth management sector.
- **About you**:_

To be successful in this role the skills/qualities are below:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, with the ability to demonstrate dealing with clients/customers at all levels.
- Knowledge of Financial services/Investments/Pensions/Legislative or Regulatory updates (_**Desirable, but not essential**_)
- Confident in the use of a variety of platforms/software (_**Office 365**_)
- Experienced in building relationships with key account holders/advisors, as the role is client focused and FCA regulated.
- Great customer service skills both verbal and written, with an entrepreneurial attitude to exceed organisational requirements
- **Duties and responsibilities**:_
- Processing of withdrawals/cheques to clients in relation to their pension/investment accounts.
- Calculations around pension and investments to provide to clients.
- Understanding pension/retirement processing and opting out.
- Discussion with clients on business insolvency and the impact it has to workplace pensions.
- Building strong relationships.
- Provide general support across the TPI team to support Team Managers.
- Work on cases confidentially and deal with clients/advisers and customers professionally and in a timely manner.
- Ad-hoc tasks will crop up as the business needs change and you may be required to assist.
