Job summary

In return we will support and facilitate your development in this role through clinical and managerial supervision and yearly appraisals which will include a personal development plan tailored to your needs.

You must have an RMN, OT or social work qualification with a professional registration. A car driver is essential

Qualifications - Academic / Craft / Professional

Essential

Professional clinical Qualification plus further specialist knowledge/post registration experience to diploma / degree level or equivalent knowledge and skills in mental health underpinned by theory or other formal training. Maintain current registration with the NMC / HPCP or other governing body and adheres to the code of professional practice. Demonstrates continuing Professional Development within their specialism. Management and Leadership qualification and experience oEvidence of ongoing professional development in a variety of formats
