**The Vacancy**

As one of our Team Leaders, every day will be different as you expertly lead by example, model our values and support your FLM in managing the operation. You’ll focus on making sure the department runs smoothly and that everyone understands the part they have to play. You’ll recognise individual strengths and delegate tasks appropriately, making sure the right person is in the right place at the right time. By doing so, you’ll help drive-up service standards.

With the ability to get the best out of people, you’ll oversee a variety of functions from stock replenishment to despatch loading and have a real passion for logistics. Keenly focused on health & safety and compliance, what will set you apart is your attitude and mindset.
