Digital Transformation Officer

The Digital Support Officer is responsible for undertaking administrative and project support duties, working in a team under the supervision of the Digital Transformation Manager, and liaising with service areas across the organisation to ensure that projects are completed and delivered on time and to a high standard. Whilst assigned to one team, the role is extremely flexible and dynamic, often working with other teams across the organisation to help achieve digital change. The role is exciting and creative in nature, as we look to reinvent and improve how we work and communicate. This can include, content and engagement work using modern communications tools, and creating multimedia (such as graphics, videos, animations etc).

Responsibilities will include:

To provide support work to ensure the delivery of key aspects of the service for which the team is responsible for Prepare and present process maps, guidance and support resources Contribute to identifying and delivering information / promote the service area Promote best practice, guidance and support to colleagues through innovation and digital solutions Support the development and improvement of business processes

About you

The right candidate will need to:

Be educated to GCSE level C or above (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Have experience of working in a project support capacity providing a wide range of administrative and project support Have a good understanding and interest in technology, particularly emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation and applications Have experience of accurately recording and inputting data, competent at using spreadsheets and providing statistical reports Have commitment to addressing specific equality or diversity issues within your practice with colleagues/service users and taking action to solve them.
