We are looking for a highly
motivated professional Reservations Agent to join our team at the Signet
Collection.

You will: 

·      
Check on a daily basis all OTA cancellations and new reservations

·      
Check new bookings for “hotel collect payments” each day

·      
Check messages from external suppliers

·      
Check booking on waitlist, call if cancellations allow

·      
RoomLynx – monitor page to ensure all channels are active

·      
Check in Master Accounts

·      
Update STR

·      
Attend daily communications meeting

·      
Check new daily reservation and check that rates have been updated

·      
Check cancelled rooms from prior day and charge where applicable

·      
Respond to report from accounts with details of the pickups and
cancelled rooms

·      
3 days out Res Check / 7 days out check (Booking.com Expedia Avivo HRS
GDS portals to compare the bookings on Rezlynx

·      
Charge deposits

·      
Check any 000 rooms. Check any Pay Masters to be checked in

·      
Check OTA. Ring round other hotels if the hotel has rooms to sell. OTA
spot check, booking .com and Expedia

·      
Create group reservations and negotiate rates

·      
Follow up groups

·      
Check for no shows, charge and email them

·      
Check the days check ins and ask reception team to call late arrivals

·      
Send VIP and hotels availability handover to reception every Friday.

·      
Attend revenue meeting to ensure revenue is maximise on future dates

·      
Train and develop reception team as required

·      
Ensure that all company rules
and regulations relating to Hygiene, Health and Safety are being followed.
