Main duties of the job

Wenric House is an innovative and dedicated team that comprises of a large multidisciplinary team (MDT). You will work closely with nursing, medical, psychology, occupational therapy team members and more.

We have established very effective ways of working with the patients to help them identify and reach their goals whilst keeping them safe and supporting them onwards to living in the community. Detailed job description and main responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute and participate under supervision in the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation of care and treatment for people with mental health problems. In addition to the clinical duties, the successful candidate will be the team leader/supervisor for some of the band 5, 4 and 3 nursing team member. They may be requested to act as the Ward Manager in the Ward Manager's absence.

It is mandatory for you to complete PEACE Training and other training directly related to the job.

You will work a rotating shift pattern to cover our 24 hour, 7 day a week service. All candidates must be computer literate.
