The Role:
We are currently working in partnership with a well-resourced primary school in Sheffield that requires an Early Years Practitioner to join their team in September. The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who can support the learning and development of young children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Be a qualified Early Years Practitioner with relevant qualifications and experience working with young children.
- Experience working in an EYFS setting within the last two years is preferred.
- Be able to support children's learning and help them achieve their developmental milestones.
- Have strong behaviour management skills to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with all individuals, including pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- Be enthusiastic and highly motivated, leading by example and encouraging children to explore and learn.
