Unique School Solutions are a specialist education agency supporting schools in South Yorkshire with the recruitment of long-term and permanent staff.

The majority of our roles work on a 12 week temporary to permanent basis. Unique School Solutions will search to find the best match school for you and support you during your transition journey.

We are currently recruiting for a number of Sheffield primary schools throughout the city who are seeking Level 3 qualified and specialized Early Years Teaching Assistants to start after the Easter holidays.

Essential requirements for the role:

- Level 3 or above in supporting teaching & learning or other relevant early years childcare qualification.
- Early Years Foundation Stage knowledge.
- Good Literacy and Numeracy skills.

About the role:

- Working in the 0-3 year old provisions with primary schools.
- Encouraging learning through a creative curriculum.
- Working alongside the Nursery team to create a positive, stimulating and safe environment for the children within the provision.
- Working as a key worker for assigned children.
- Liasing with parents/carers at drop off, pick up and to raise any concerns when necessary.
- Liaising with external agencies such as Speech & Language teams.
- Attending staff meetings when required
