Curriculum Leader, Hair, Beauty and Makeup

Newcastle College Hair, Beauty and Makeup department are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to take the role of Curriculum Leader. The role of Curriculum Leader is to take responsibility for promoting a high quality learning experience and lead the curriculum team in achieving high levels of retention, achievement and progression. The post will also lead a team of lecturing staff to deliver a high standard of teaching, learning and assessment as well as promoting attendance, progression and employability skills. The Curriculum leader role will also be responsible for quality of curriculum delivery and support the Head of Curriculum in building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, supporting the College and Faculty reputation and collaboration efforts.

The role requires a solid track record of delivering excellent outcomes and leading across programmes of study, apprenticeships, adult education and higher education within the Hair and Beauty sector.
