About the Role

Titanbay is seeking a Fund Structuring and Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity where you will work closely with our structuring experts and various teams across the business to support the development and execution of innovative fund structures. This role involves providing technical insights and assisting with the structuring of investment solutions, with the chance to grow and develop your expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities
  • Support the development and structuring of investment solutions tailored for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Team to devise innovative fund structures that meet market demands.
  • Assist in project management for new fund and product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide technical assistance on complex structuring matters, working closely with legal, tax, and other key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the drafting and review of fund legal documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support the evaluation of tax implications and investor requirements to enhance product offerings.


Skills & Qualifications Required
  • Qualification in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Investment, or Law.
  • Experience working in a technical role (e.g. Structurer, Quant Analyst, Fixed Income Analyst,  Legal Trainee)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to structuring complex investment vehicles.
  • Understanding of financial markets, alternative investments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and the ability to be client facing. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to the evolving landscape of fund structuring.
