We are seeking an exceptional QIS (Quantitative Investment Strategies) and Fund Linked Products (FLP) Structurer to join our dynamic team based in the heart of London. This permanent position offers the chance to delve into solutions structuring within one of the most vibrant finance sectors globally.


In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:


- Developing innovative structured products linked to funds.

- Crafting bespoke financial solutions that align with client objectives using both Quantitative Investment Strategies as well as Equity Derivatives expertise.

- Analyzing market trends for fund derivatives opportunities.


As part of our expectations, we're looking for candidates who possess key skills such as:

- **Solutions Oriented:** Demonstrated ability designing complex structures tailored towards individual investor needs; able to bridge gaps between theoretical models & practical applications

- **Cross Asset Knowledge**: Understanding across various asset classes which enable holistic view when creating multi-faceted structured products

- **Analytical Rigor:** Strong quant capabilities allowing comprehensive risk assessment & scenario analysis
