? Join Our Team as a Healthcare Assistant ?
Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to patients? We are currently seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our dynamic team on our busy Medical Subacute Rehabilitation Ward.
You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure outstanding patient care. This will be a challenging and exciting opportunity and will enable the individual to develop new and existing skills. It will involve a mixture of both day shifts and night shifts to meet our staffing needs.
A pre-visit to Ward 41 is recommended.

NVQ 2 in care or willingness to work towards Educated to a good standard of general education equivalent to GCSE Maths & English level C or above Care Certificate or commitment to achieving within 2 weeks of commencement

Previous customer care experience and life skills Previous face-to-face customer care experience Able to demonstrate clear and robust verbal and written English communication skills
