CIMA Care Consortium Ltd provides the ultimate standard of care to individuals with learning difficulties, its not working its caring.
We are a local company owned and managed by a dedicated, highly qualified and experienced team from healthcare backgrounds taking pride in delivering person-centred care to empower independence and belonging to those with learning difficulties.
We have grown in the last 7 years since our first registration offering a unique multidisciplinary service underpinned by dignity, trust and respect.
Why choose our team?
All of our four directors at CIMA (and many of our staff) have close family members with learning disabilities.
So they are acutely aware of how they would want their own family members to be treated and they expect nothing less from the care provision at CIMA.
What better acid test is there? The ethos of treating others as you would want yourself (or your family members) to be treated is therefore stringently applied in our organisation.
The bar is set exceptionally high. We are proud that our staff and service users are all part of the CIMA family. If this sounds a bit too ‘touchy feely’ or ‘cheesy’ we can assure you nothing is further from the truth.
Our genuine ethos and core values are deeply entrenched in the most stringent policies and procedures which are themselves aligned with CQC and local CCG aims and objectives.
Our work environment includes:
- Casual work attire
- On-the-job training
- Growth opportunities
- Genuine caring staff with a passion to support
