Assistant Membership and Benefits Manager (Customer Service)

Role: 1 Year Maternity Cover Contract 

Hours: 35 hours per week – Hybrid (2 days office based and 3 days remote)

Salary: £34, + benefits 

What you’ll be doing: 

You’ll be managing, leading and supporting your customer service team (currently 5 in this team)You’ll ensure that we create the best possible journey for our members during the lifetime of their membership, focusing on their experience and the benefits we have available to themYou’ll collaborate across the team and other departments to drive improvements whilst managing processes which deliver maximum effectYou’ll be training, developing and supporting your team giving them regular 1-2-1’sYou’ll be managing the collation and analysis of member benefit usage data, enabling you to support the department with insight and future decisions

You’ll have great leadership skills, able to coach, motivate and develop your teamYou’ll have a solid commercial awareness and a strong understanding of CIM membership benefits (with training)You’ll be a great communicator with excellent organisational skillsYou’ll have the ability to gather and analyse data effectivelyYou’ll have the ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
