Bringing together knowledge and experience in critical rail infrastructure and track renewals, the alliance deploys innovative working methods to realise efficiencies and create a more reliable railway infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

As a Supervisor , you will have the following accountabilities:

Responsible for the detailed planning and execution of Signalling Renewals Works as allocated by the Construction Manager (Signalling); Responsible for planning and directing the activities of track staff; Ensure agreed performance and other KRAs are met; Ensure compliance with contract allowables for all works; Ensure compliance with all relevant Safety Legislation and Welfare Regulations; Responsible for ensuring all works undertaken comply with contract specifications and Network Rail Group and Line Standards; Responsible for ensuring works are undertaken by competent staff; Assist with the provision of technical support to the track team, construction manager; Support the Construction manager and track team in delivering the deliverables for the renewals programme; Assist with the provision of signalling technical and delivery support to the Track team.

Who we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

Possess a comprehensive knowledge of mechanical & electrical elements within S&C footprints; Be IRSE licensed or working towards; Have completed signalling modules SMTH, Mod 3C and Mod 5 (desirable).

This post is Safety Critical, and it will be necessary to work on site during unsociable hours, weekends, nights etc.
