As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organisation. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates. Additionally, you will drive employer branding initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Managing the full recruitment process, including screening, scheduling interviews, and extending offers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external recruitment agencies
  • Driving employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record in attracting and hiring top talent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a professional services environment is a plus
