RoleOverview
As Sustainability &Compliance Manager for VoCoVO you will leadthe
organisations sustainability initiatives and ensurecompliance with all relevant
environmental social andgovernance (ESG) regulations.This is your chance to take ownershipof sustainability at VoCoVo with the freedom to innovate and drivereal change. This is a hybrid role requiring one totwodays per week in the Shipton Under Wychwood office OX7 6XU andour Cheltenham Office GL528YQ.

Requirementsfor the Sustainability & ComplianceManager

  • AStrong background andexperience in sustainability compliance orenvironmental management. (3yrs 5yrs in a Sustainabilityrole)
  • Strong knowledge of environmentalregulations compliance standards and sustainability frameworks(e.g. GRI CSRD WEEE).
  • Experience withsustainability reporting tools and frameworks such as EcoVadis andSedex.
  • Strong leadership project management andstakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Excellentanalytical organisational and problemsolvingskills.
  • Ability to keep abreast of industrytrends and proactively implement bestpractices.


Responsibilitiesas Sustainability & ComplianceManager

  • Develop andimplement a sustainability strategy aligned with VoCoVos corporateobjectives.
  • Identify sustainability risks andopportunities focusing on responsible business practices thataddress environmental social and economicfactors.
  • Ensure compliance with local nationaland international regulations including WEEE CSRD and ISO 14001while managing accurate reporting on all relevantmetrics.
  • Collaborate with department managersto implement resource management strategies like waste reductionenergy efficiency and responsiblesourcing.
  • Engage with key stakeholdersincluding internal teams suppliers customers and regulators topromote sustainability initiatives and ensure organisationwidebuyin.
  • Conduct audits and inspections tomonitor compliance with sustainability and regulatorystandards.
  • Prepare and submit detailedsustainability and compliance reports for senior leadershipregulatory bodies and stakeholders.
  • Delivertraining programmes to raise awareness of sustainability goals andcompliance requirements encouraging ecofriendly behaviours acrossthe company.
  • Monitor emerging regulations andsustainability trends and lead continuous improvement projects toenhance sustainability performance including waste reduction andenergy management.
  • Be VoCoVos Sustainability& Compliance thought leader attend shows and be asustainability brandambassador
