AsCustomer Service Team Leader you will be a trustworthy responsibleand a highly reliable member of the Customer Service team. You areto assist the existing Management team with guiding a team ofCustomer Service Administrators through their daily tasks andongoing queries. You will need to be able to make the correctinformed decision when faced with unique challenges orquestions.

TheRole:

Firstand foremost you will lead by example and provide the best customerservice to our customers.
Youare required to adhere to and assist in enforcing best practiceswithin the Customer Service team. You will actively guide a team ofCustomer Service Administrators work alongside the TechnicalSupervisor and report directly to the Customer ServiceManager.
Thisnew role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth daily runningof the Customer Service team alongside completing your specificdailytasks.


Experience:

  • Previousexperience in an office or administrative supervisoryrole.

  • Strongknowledge of customer service principles andpractices.

  • Excellentphone etiquette and communicationskills.

  • Proficiencyin using computersystems.

  • Demonstratedability to assist and guide a teameffectively.

  • Strongorganisational and clericalskills.


Responsibilities

  • Assistin managing a team of Customer ServiceAdministrators.

  • Trainnew employees on company policies procedures and customer servicebestpractices.

  • Monitorand evaluate performance with the guidance of the Customer ServiceManager.

  • Providecoaching and feedback to improve performance and ensure highqualitycustomerinteractions.

  • Handleescalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional andtimelymanner.

  • Collaboratewith other departments to resolve complex customerissues.

  • Maintainaccurate records of customer interactions andtransactions.

  • Assistin developing and implementing customer service policies andprocedures.

  • Allaspects of front line Customer Service and other duties asrequired.

  • Occasionallyyou will be required to assist with the opening and closure of thebusiness within the full opening hours of the customer servicehours.
