Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Technology Lead based in Berea, KY or Craigavon, Ireland.
What you will do:
· Oversee project implementation across all sites and include achieving project goals and developing manufacturing requirements for each system.
· Responsibilities include developing all processes for each system/module, leading the development of process FMEAs to mitigate risks, and overseeing all virtual and physical build activities, particularly focusing on New Technologies, (e.g., Automated Material Handling Products, Li-Ion Batteries, Fuel Cells, Product and Process Software, Telemetry, etc.).
· Establishing Global Manufacturing Processes for New Technology Programs to ensure consistency across all sites and driving advancements through the HYG Distinctive Manufacturing Process.
· Designing activities for new technology products to integrate them globally into the manufacturing production, including project planning, timing, capital requirements, and execution while aligning with current processes.
· Coordinating cross-departmental efforts to supervise build processes for Virtual and Physical Builds using the company's production system, along with documenting necessary improvements through DevLogs.
· Ensuring HYG processes evolve continuously by staying updated on technological advancements and fostering collaboration for continuous improvement with technological upgrades.

· Proficient in verbal and written communication, with the capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
What you will need:
· Bachelor’s degree – Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, preferred.
· In lieu of bachelor's, minimum 2-year degree with 7-10 years of experience.
· Project Management Certificate, required
Skills, Experience & Abilities
· 5-7 Years of experience, with 3-5 years direct supervisor experience within manufacturing environment.
· Knowledge of lean and manufacturing processes.
· Experience with Product Automation and Software
· Other desirable skills include robotics, CAD, image processing, machine learning, AI, process automation, programmable logic controllers, IT, electrical principles engineering, and statistics.
