**Job Description**:
Put a LIFT in Your Career Hyster-Yale Group, (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an EMEA Demand Flow Technology Leader at our facility located in Craigavon, Northern Ireland.

HYG designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster and Yale brand names. The successful EMEA Demand Flow Technology Leader will have the following Key Accountabilities:

- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice DFT vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures that will aid and improve operational performance.
- Contribute to new business initiatives and projects whilst considering and communicating the impact on current DFT processes and procedures.
- Implement and support cultural change across the organization and drive business improvement in DFT processes.
- Facilitate and influence teams to standardize new and existing DFT processes for all the manufacturing sites.
- Develop, deliver and support business improvement change initiatives in line with best practice.
- Provide expertise, professional advice and guidance to the business in regards business improvements through utilisation of DFT processes and techniques.
- Lead the DFT Assessment process.
- Work with the DFT Steering Committees to update the DFT Assessment questions every 1 - 2 years ensuring new processes and best practices are agreed globally and are reflected in the documentation.
- Support and facilitate training programs to all production and non-production departments (globally and divisionally) in DFT processes.
- Participate in /Lead projects as required.
- Educated to degree level in a mechanical or manufacturing engineering related discipline.
- 5-7 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable experience of using Flow manufacturing/Lean techniques in a previous role
- Clear understanding of and evidence of having successfully implemented lean concepts within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven record of positive leadership in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written, presentations, inter-personal, listening etc.
- Strong planning & organising skills.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to and liaise and influence at all levels.
- Experience of having developed or evaluated flow software functionality and making appropriate decisions to alter the software to meet business needs.
- Experience of Flow systems and software teaching point development, both format and content.
